2. Is it Free to join Supertube Nigeria?

3. I'm finding it difficult to register, what do i do?

   Try refreshing the page and make sure the "Capcha verification image" in the sign up page is displayed when registering before you register.

4. How will I be notified if anyone (Employer or Member connections) is interested in my membership profile?

   YES. You will recieve a message notification in your inbox, or a phone call from employers who have viewed and saved your resume for a possible contact / interest. You will also recieve notifications from new members who have interest in your profile. This feature would be enabled only if you have complete Supertube membership profile. So make sure you complete and update your Supertube membership profile.

Sign Up or New Member Registration Problems

1. I registered on Supertube but did not recieve the 'confirmation email'. What do i do?

   Look into your spam or bulk mail folder. If the email is not there, they you may need to use a different email provider, such as gmail, yahoo or hotmail. Unfortunately, some email providers block all such emails before they even hit the users' inboxes or spam folders, in an attempt to reduce spam. We cannot force these emails through. If this is your issue, we advise you use a different email provider. We would also strongly suggest that you add messages@webs.com  and welcome@webs.com to your email address book white list.
   

2. I can't see the 'Captcha image' while filling the new member registration form?

   We strongly advise you to refresh the page and make sure your are usinga much faster internet connection so that the page can fully load the right way so the 'captcha image' will displayed.
   

Finding Connections

1. What does the "Finding Connections" feature mean?

   The "Connections" feature is a services that enables you to go social in your career. This interactive platform allows Jobseekers and members generally to network with each other, Share knowledge, network with members who work at companies of interest and connect to an employment-focused online friendly environment. It also enables them to connect with other members in gettinga job.
   

2. Is it possible to add another member/person as a friend or connection?

   Yes, It is absolutely possible to add friends/connections. Just go to "find connections" link, click on "Add as friends' under the picture of the person's profile and add the person as a friend and wholla, you're done. You can even send a message using the "send a message" link too.
   

Advertising/Profile Promotion

1. Can i Advertise my goods and services or Promote my Supertube Membership Profile on Supertube?

   Yes of course. You can advertise or promote your Supertube profile on Supertube Nigeria to get more exposure for your profile so as to get a Job faster or get more connections and responses in their profile. Whenever you advertise or promote your profile, you Ad is displayed on the entire Supertube Network thereby increasing your exposure and getting more results.

Report Abuse or Member for Policy Violations

1. How do i report abuse on Supertube?

   Spamming, sending fraudulent messages, Pornography, hate speech, threats, graphic violence, bullying, and spam are not allowed on Supertube. 2. How do I cancel my membership?

   To cancel your membership, Send us an Email with the subject tiled "Cancel" along with your "membership name" in the message to cancel@supertubeng.com
   

Account Suspension

1. My Supertube account was Suspended or Frozen. what do i do?

   If your supertube account was suspended or frozen it may probably mean that you violated our terms of service or your account was reported as fraudulent or harming other members. You can send an email to our abuse department at: abuse@supertubeng.com so that the issue may be resolved.
